Shipping

We only ship to the UK. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the EU or internationally due to customs clearance issues caused by Brexit and high international delivery costs.

All Shipping and Delivery of physical products in the UK are made using the method Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed Delivery. Please allow up to 4 clear business days for goods to arrive. This is a signed for delivery and someone must be present to sign. You will receive a Royal Mail 'reference number' by email from us once your order has been despatched. Please note that the 'reference number' is not a tracking number, but to inform you that Royal Mail has accepted the parcel and will deliver the item to you up to 4 business days. So please do ensure that you or some else is at the property to sign for it.

Delivery Costs

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed Delivery price £4.45.

This delivery will require a signature when it is delivered, so please ensure that someone will be there to sign for the parcel. The parcel won't fit through the letter box. We will not take responsibility if the parcel is not delivered if no one is there to sign for the parcel. You will need to visit the Royal Mail website for further 'redelivery options' quoting your Royal Mail 'reference number' - https://www.royalmail.com/receiving-mail/redelivery

Your total shipping & handling charges will be automatically calculated during checkout. There is no express or next day delivery unfortunately.
